We've got more news: some of my team has made it home. Others are missing. And the rest have all been captured and are being held in the Palace itself.

And we've found out why it started up again: our old foe Naraku was after my team, and started up the Palace again to serve as a distraction while he came after my team, trying to capture them and the heart shard we'd found. Everyone else you and the others were fighting had just taken advantage of the chaos to try and get the upper hand.

Now that the shard is out of his reach (and ours too - I still have no idea where it is now, and the others can't say for some reason), Naraku has left the Palace in its current resting place until he has need of it again. When this happens, rest assured I will be there to help bring him down. And so will the rest of our team who escaped.

Whew, that was one intense firefight. I'm quite glad that it ended as early and without too many casualties as it did. I hope Meleficent heals quickly and without complications. Sometimes I forget that neither Synapse, Timebomb, nor I are actually made for combat. Hey, but we did it and that's what counts eh? If you ever need anymore help, just send a call. It's always nice to hear from others when stuck with no one else around in the middle of Illinois.

If you want to keep in touch, I've started a blog as well with the others.

PS: Don't rag on her too much Vader. I'm sure you would do (and have done) quite the same when someone you cared for is in trouble.

Oof. But there's still prisoners in the Palace, aren't there? :P

If someone holds the !@#%^!@# evil sorcerer down, I'll help pull out his fingernails until he tells us the best way to rescue those still in the Palace.
